Ewell James Plyler, Jr., CAGA, is the owner of Carolina Timeless Appraisals located in Albemarle, NC.  James is a Certified Appraiser in good standing with the CERTIFIED APPRAISERS GUILD OF AMERICA; the largest trainer of Personal Property Appraisers in North America as well as being one of the top four appraisal organizations in North America that test and trains their appraisers.

Our company is a member in good standing with the Certified Appraisers Guild Of America (CAGA).  As a member, clients have the assurance of the highest standards of workmanship and ethical conduct.  We have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guilds Code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
